Car Rental Agreement

This Car Rental Agreement is an annex and integral part of the vehicle delivery report signed between the parties. By this agreement, Fores (the lessor) has rented the vehicle specified in the form, which it owns or operates, to the person whose name and address appear in the form (the lessee) for the specified dates. The lessee declares and undertakes to use the vehicle subject to this agreement in accordance with the conditions and to pay the rental fee in full and on time. By signing this agreement, the lessee assumes all obligations related to the rented vehicle. The lessee accepts, declares and undertakes that they will not refrain from signing the vehicle delivery forms to be issued both upon taking delivery and returning the vehicle, that if they do not sign the forms, they unconditionally accept the contents thereof, and that if they have an objection to the form content, they may present their claims and objections not by refusing to sign but only by having an expert appraisal carried out at their own expense.

1. The address provided by the lessee for inclusion in the agreement shall be deemed the lessee's legal address unless a change is notified.
2. Both parties agree that by signing this agreement, the lessee accepts that they have received the rented vehicle in good mechanical and bodywork condition, that the vehicle is delivered as specified in the form, that any defect existing in the vehicle at the time of delivery is noted in the form, and that otherwise, any defect detected upon return of the vehicle to Fores shall be deemed to have been caused by the lessee.
3. The lessee is responsible for any situation arising from user error or negligence in the vehicle taken delivery of, which cannot be collected from insurance within the scope of insurance rules, whether towards Fores or third parties.,
4. The minimum age for car rental is 21 according to our company rules. Users under 21 cannot rent a car. Likewise, any additional driver to be specified in the form must comply with this rule. Apart from this, if there is an additional driver not listed in the form, and the vehicle is involved in an accident or sustains damage in this way, all costs shall be borne by the lessee.
5. The minimum rental period is 72 hours. The lessee is obliged to pay the rental amount calculated by multiplying the daily rental rate in the price table by the number of days, in advance.
6. In addition to the rental fee, the lessee also accepts to pay; after delays exceeding 2 hours, 1 day's rental fee, and any subsequent charges such as bridge, highway, parking fees, and that if not paid, the relevant amount will be automatically collected from the credit card specified in the contract.
7. The rental payment for the vehicle will be collected in cash or by credit card at the start of the rental period, according to the customer's request. Even if the fee is paid in cash at the start of the rental, a pre-authorization appropriate to the category and duration will be blocked on the lessee's card. Against this blocked amount via pre-authorization; the amounts mentioned in the previous clause may be collected, and if no such necessity arises, the blocked amount will be returned without any transaction 15 days after the end of the rental.
8. At the end of the contract, a request to extend the rental period can only be made with the approval of Fores.
9. The rented vehicle may not be sublet to anyone else under any circumstances, and may not be used by persons other than those named in the contract, even without any consideration. Furthermore, the rented vehicle;
10. Being driven by a driver not listed in the contract,
11. Being used to tow or push a vehicle,
12. Carrying passengers or goods for income,
13. Being used for any illegal purpose is strictly prohibited.
    If any of these situations is detected, the vehicle will be immediately repossessed, and all damages that may arise shall be covered by the lessee.
