IMPORTANT NOTES:In case of an accident or theft, the vehicle must not be moved from the accident site and the accident and alcohol reports must be obtained Otherwise, the rental conditions will be void and any demage to the 3rd party will be charged to the renter.

ADDITIONAL DRIVERS: Second driver can drive the car on condition tt it is stated in the rental agreement. No additional cost is requested. The rented car not be driven apart from the renter or the second driver if requested. Otherwise all insurance coverage will be void and the renter will be responsible for the full cost of the damage.
Guide To Renting
PAYMENT: Full fee is collected at rental. In case of delay, 1/3 of the daily rental is charged for every excess hour If the delay is exceeded by 3 hours, full day rental fee is charged. Deposit money clause is not applied to valid Visa, Diners, Eurocard, Master Card holders.
TRAFFiC FiNES Traffic fines are under the renters responsibility. Should the cars be kept away from the traffic, thisperiod will be included in the rental period.In Force Majeur cases, Fores Rent a Car has the right to change the conditions and information without prior notice. Our cars cannot be taken out of the country.
DELAYED RETURN: If the vehicle is returned after the agreed return time, 1/3 of the daily rental rate is charged for every excess hour. If the delay is exceeded by 3 hours, the full day rental rate is charged at the applicable rate.
