Are your cars latest model? Do the rates change for older models? Our cars are 2004-2005-2006. Older cars require frequent maintenance and repair, we do not keep them in our fleet , therefore we do not have older models and our prices do not change.
Shall I get the car which I have booked? Even if the car which you have previously booked, will not be available on that date, and upper grade car will be supplied at the same rate.
Do you deliver and receive car at airport?. Should you notify your flight details (airline , depature place and estimated arrival time or flight number) our staff will deliver and/or receive the car. 24hours
Can you provide cars which are not in your fleet? Fores keeps the most demanded brands in its fleet. Our company can provide any vehichle to suit your demands from the most suitable sources. 4X4 jeep, pick-ups, minibus, panelvam, luxory cars etc. Please do not rent without consulting us.
Do you send a new car in case of accident? We are obliged to replace the damaged car with equivalent one in case of accident, for standart agreements. Unfortunately this is not applicable for special prised agreements
Will insurance pay for the car accident? In our country, none of the insurance companies include mechanical disorders. However, disorders not rising from driver's misuseage are under our responsibility. Our renter should directly get in touch with our company for any breakdown. Insuch condidition, our renter will be directed by our experienced staff in our office to protect our renter from finnacial problems.
Can my friend drive the car? In order to have additional person(s) drive the car along with the original renter, the details of their driving licence(s) must be registered in the rental agreement at the time of issuing contract. Otherwise all insurance coverage become void and both the renter and the additional driver(s) will be held fully responsible legally and financially
Can I trust you for the maintenance of the car? We will face additional burden if the car creates meachanical breakdown during the rental therefore our cars are followed up periodically by our sevice companies.
